土生土長的大海兒女，終日盡情在好山好水中閒情度日。民國七十年國中畢業後，受惠於離島的保送制度，有幸赴台北就讀市立師專（現台北市立大學）；完成學業後重回母校──東引國民中小學服務。二十餘年中歷任教師、組長、主任等教職經歷。九十五年考取連江縣國小校長，並先後服務南竿仁愛國小、北竿 里國小及莒光東莒國小至今。
熱愛並認同地方文化，回鄉服務至今仍不忘情的耕耘在地文學，故常在馬祖日報上發表校園教學與地方風情等生活點滴隨筆。九十六年曾獲得講義雜誌社舉辦：「搶救國語文」創意教學優等獎殊榮、101年榮獲教育部師鐸獎的肯定。
